Captains

BrewBoat Captains are responsible for the safe operation and regular maintenance of our party boat fleet in compliance with applicable safety regulations. The Captain ensures safe transportation of all passengers on predefined BrewBoat cruise routes and supervises the guest experience for exceptional service. Qualified applicants must be USCG Licensed Masters of minimum 25 gross tons (100 gross tons preferred).

This is a seasonal position, running from May to October 2023.

Cruise Coordinators & Dock Directors

Cruise Coordinators ride along and assist the Captain in the safe and courteous operation of BrewBoat CLE while performing regular customer service activities during BrewBoat cruises. Cruise Coordinators are responsible for keeping the boat in a clean and safe condition, ensuring guest satisfaction and assisting customers on and off the boat.

Dock Directors are our land-based customer service specialists for our Duffy Boats, and are responsible for checking-in and boarding guests, cleaning boats and helping with docking as the BrewBoats depart and return from cruises.
